(First off/ excuse my improper punctuations/ as my keyboard seems to be damaged and certain keys/ like the comma and period are unavailable0 I do not have very much time or the inclination to write much in this journal/ This has been a year of great disruption and change to many both here and abroad/ I had to leave New York State amidst the viral outbreak and leave behind my lifelong home without a final goodbye in person to my friends or my favorite places/ Such is life/ I would only leave you- if anyone still reads these with my well wishes for Halloween and hopefully a renewal and new beginning/ Beware of the ghosts goblins and ghouls / Happy Halloween
